Zosi,

I would use caution with using the "selective" method. If the command fails
for any reason after backing up some or all of the files, and then rerun -
whether automatically or by person on standby or whatever, you will
eventually start to reduce the number of versions of files that you keep,
ending up with say 5 copies of the same file.

Just something to be aware of.
