I entered 'help 2289' in the cmdline admin client, here is the result -
adsm> help 2289

I think you should do 'remove ad <nodename>' to clean up the
3 nodes that got this message. As to getting the message in the first
place, I don't know the cause of that except for possibly having the
wrong dsmameng.txt file.
