The BKI1208E is The object 'filename' will be retried meaning there was an
error with the object and it will try to restore again.  Any errors in the
tsm act log during this time frame?  The BR errors are sapdba errors and you
have to go to OSS on them.  Are you restoring from before the upgrade?
