Is ur network NIC using autoneg mode.Keep it to 100 full duplex.(I mean in
configuration).Not NIC specification wise.
Pl don't increase MTU Size.Else Cisco will break down them into smaller
components before transmission.This is not good.
Also see that u have applied patches to TSM Client s/w and
there are no memory leaks.
