Essentially, the point system is pretty simple.  They categorized systems by
numbers of processors and assign a tier to them.

Tier 1 is Intel 32 bit 1 to 4 processors.
Tier 2 is RISC or Intel 64 bit 1 to 23 processors and Intel 32 bit 5 to 23
processors.
Tier 3 is over 24 processors.

Each product has a different points associated for each Tier.  The points
are $31 list each.

A couple of examples:

        A LAN Client Tier 1 is 7 points or about $217
        A Workstation Client is 4 points        or about $124
