You will need the TSM device driver (adsmscsi.sys) to
support this library on NT4. But looks like the driver
is already loaded since you can see mt..

You can check in the registry to see if the library is
recognized by the system.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi Port
4\Bus..

Look for Target ID responding to the SCSI ID of the
library. If you don't see the target ID, that means
the OS does not see the library. This will have to be
fixed first.

If the target ID entry for the library is there, does
"DeviceName" has the correct value like lbw.x.y.z?
What's in the "Identifier" field?
