TSM for Novell reports incorrectly in error.log?

We have a client that backs up Novell Netware 5.1 to TSM version 4.2.
Although the backups goes through fine and we can restore the error.log
reports (for each file because it's in verbose mode) that each file failed.
We are running the latest SMDR.NLM,TSA500.NLM, and TSANDS.NLM.
Anyone else had this problem before?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
