I am not familiar with the options on this library. If
you can't find other options to disable the serial
numbers, you may want to contact the vendor and find
out how to disable the serial numbers if it's possible
at all.

In the mean time, you may want to also contact the TSM
support team. If the problem is confirmed to be caused
by the serial numbers, the driver can be updated to
handle the serial numbers returned from this library.
