Checkout the AIX Fix Distribution Services at
http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/rs6k/fixdb.html
Select "AIX version 4" on the left side, "APAR Number (4 character minimum)"
on the right side and fill the APAR number IY22308 in the field before the
"Find Fix" button.
When you click on this button you will be redirected to the list of fixes,
in this case just one. Select it, select your current AIX level and click
the "Get Fix Package" button. On the next page you can select the file
packages needed for your specific AIX environment.
