321 (DD_RES_MISMATCH) is common when the firmware
returns the Read Element Status data that's not
expected by adsmscsi.sys.

This can happen if you firmware level is newer than
the level that's been tested. If option 8 (get element
count) fails, you won't be able to define/use the
library.

Please contact the support team and give them the
device driver trace.

How many storage slots in your library and how many
drives?
