We are seeing this same behavior,  I don't think it's related to TSM levels,
but more to Novell nlms. I'm hoping the latest tsa updates that Patrick
mentioned (boy do they come out frequently!) will help. Netware 5.1 in a
cluster environment or with SP3 seems to have problems with TSM.

The problem 'directory path not found' seems to be related to the scheduler.
Running an incremental manually from the command line works 'fairly' well
(the other issue of files not found still exists).
