Try mounting it into another drive
Try to clean the drives, if that don´t work i think there isn´t mutch
you can do.
If the tape was labeld with an older firmware that could be the problem.
if you desperatly need the data you can downgrade the firmware of the drives
and then mount the tape and copy it to another tape. If this is the case you
need to label the tape again when you upgrade youre fimware.
I have been having trouble with the 3580 drives, mostly firmware
problems. like the one you´re having.
