One other thing to try is in the places
that you specify the directory name
like:     d:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\TDPSql
try using the short name....

that also includes the step when you are
setting up the schedule on the TSM server.

I have seen situations where the space in the
name confuses some pieces along the way.
