Thida,

Usually the "error = 73" and "rc: -50" point towards a network timeout
issue and this might be the case. But it can also mean that you are just
not allowing enough time for the Ora backup to start. You might want to
check your commtimeout server option to see if it might need to be
increased. Use q opt and look CommTimeOut.
