Hi all,
We are on TSM server 3.7.20 for OS390
We need to migrate to 4.1 or 4.2 because 3.7 code is out of support end of
October.
I wish to migrate the server first and follow with the clients mainly Netware
and NT.
I wanted to go straight to server code 4.2 but the compatibility list does not
show 3.7 clients as supported with 4.2 server
I have looked back through the list archives and there was a reply from Andy
Raibeck, July 30th. which said the 3.7 clients
should work "in theory"
My question are :-

1)What is the practical expeience ? Are peope running with a  4.2 server, 3.7
Netware clients and 3.1 plus 3.7 NT clients  with no problems.

2) What is the recomendation for 4.1 code level?  Is there a good stable level,
or should I just go for latest fix.
