I would keep it in perspective: Given the world of Microsoftware, you are
probably backing up viruses every night; so last night is just a more
conspicuous case of a general situation.

Consider deploying virus-combating software on your client PCs.
As seen in past postings, some customers have such filtration active
as part of the backup process (not always without problems, however).
