Has anyone seen one of these.

I have set up a little test server on my laptop , and whichever way I attempt 
to configure the
DISK volume(s) ,  I cant seem to be able to write to it.. .

I am overlooking something obvious here all you NT gurus.

Using the MMC wizard to format the disk volume works OK....
