We've discovered that you can bring up task manager and end task on the
first re-boot (the windows installer) and you only need the second re-boot
if any dll's were upgraded(replaced) - if you don't make the second re-boot
the backup archive gui will report several errors - but will work just
fine - especially the command line. If you do end task on the first part -
the windows installer - you will receive the continuation message for the
rest of the setup the next time you actually re-boot the client.
