TDP for Oracle 4.2 install

Hi,
   I installed TDP for Oracle 4.2 an AIX. Oracle is 64bit. When I type the
command tdpoconf to set the password file , but there is error message said
/usr/lib/libobk.a is wrong . But I have relink the lib and I'm sure it is
corret.  If I ignore this step, TDP can't work well, and in the log file it
is said password file is not correct.
   So what's worng in this case ?  Can TDP for Oracle 4.2 works well ?
