the mgmt. class that you've assigned the node to isn't
active because the policy set isn't active.  You have
to activate the policy set that coincides with the new
mgmt class that that you've assigned the node to via
"activate po <policy set name with the mgmt class
you've assigned the node to>.  This info. can be
obtained by q mgmt * and q po *
