Create a file device class on both server, export the server (export server)
to a file, move the file to the new system and import the server.
Use filed=none. This will copy a lot of the config.

Subject: Moving TSM server to a different machine
I need to move TSM server to a different AIX machine. Other than
dsmserv.opt, dsmserv.dsk and nodelock files what other files I will
need to
transfer to new machine.
We use raid set for database and log files and tape library for
storage.
Will I need to redefine domain, mgmtclass, copygroup, stgpool etc.
on new
TSM server or is this information is saved in database?
Thanks for your help
