We're getting ready to replace our STK 9710 and Quantum DLT-7000
drives.
It's served us well, but time and technology change and we're
starting to
see more drive failures and issues with the drive speed.

We're going to LTO drives -- they're a best-fit for our primary use
-- and
are looking at the STK L-700 and the IBM 3584. I've been seeing some
are looking at the STK L-700 and the IBM 3584. I've been seeing some
reports
of the LTO and the 3584 here, but I don't recall seeing L-700/LTO in
combination. Is anyone running this combination? Any issues/problems
with
        the combination?

I'm not planning on using ACSLS or fiber-channel; just native attach
to TSM
and LVD SCSI for the library and tape drives.
