There is a Tivoli product named " Tivoli Decision Support for TSM."
You can get the redbook form IBM redbook site!
Also, if you do not want to purchase another license products, you
can use "select" command to access the database table inside TSM.
Or, you can use Microsoft Access to acquire information from this
database.
