Michael - This is an old problem (search in www.adsm.org on the message number
          and you will see much discussion about it).  You didn't specify what
client level you are using, but it's probably old, and should be upgraded.
The error circuitously refers to having encountered a file with "garbage"
characters in its name, somewhere in the volume.
