The APAR for the DST problem was IC28544. The first client PTFs to include the
fix were 3.7.2.17 and 4.1.1.16. All subsequent ones (including 4.1.2.0) should
also contain it.

At the moment, you can get 3.7.2.19 or 4.1.1.16 from
