Nothing I've seen or heard indicates this is going to happen within the next
week.  I guess I would recommend installing on Windows NT for now and
upgrading to 2000 later.  If the only thing running on the system is TSM,
this is not a bad option.  The upgrade, even if it is a complete re-install
from scratch won't take more than a few hours and will give you a chance to
practice your TSM server bare metal restore.

Using RSM is not very fun.  Things you now about TSM and tapes are not true
anymore.  RSM steals all of that away and operationally things are more
complex.  Worse than that you get to figure out how to make it work as there
is precious little documentation.
