Tivoli 'fixed' FIXEDIOBUFSIZE by disabling it and supplying an improved
audit command to locate and delete the damaged files.  Don't try to use it
until Tivoli really fixes it, if ever, and reactivates it.

I hope they are trying to really fix it, I could use some better performance!
