Dave and Del, thanks for the help! Replacing the adsmv3.dll with the 3.1.08
version allowed me to install the Scheduler.

When the Exchange agent is installed it replaces the old adsmv3.dll
(566KB )
with its adsmv3.dll ( 472KB ). With this dll in place dsmcutil
errors out.
If you place the old adsmv3.dll back in the system32 directory, the
dsmcutil
will work.

Bill,
Is DSMCUTIL failing with that error?
If I recall this might be an issue with a mix-match
in the installed TSM API version vs. the base client (DSMCUTIL)
version.
You may have to get a 3.1.0.8 version of the adsmv3.dll
and put it into the directory with DSMCUTIL.EXE.
Thanks,
Del
