TSM Client 4.1.1 for Windows IP22088

Has anyone tried to download and install the new TSM client for
Windows (IP22088)?
After installation Version 3.7.2.01 is shown. And I still cannot
select a directory on a cluster drive.
Is it me being braindead (likely) or is there a problem with
Tivoli (not very likely :-) ).
