Hi All,

I have the similar on 7337 with 2 x DLT7000 drive.
A few days ago, a tape A was mounted in drive 117 (tape A was from slot 5),
operator placed a scratch tape B in slot 5 without noticing tape A in slot
5 was mounted in drive 117. When TSM (AIX v3.7.3) unload tape A from drive
117 to slot 5, I/O error messages were prompted and 117 became unavailable.
After removing tape B from slot 5, drive 117 cannot be offline (or delete)
from TSM (or remove from Unix) due to drive in use. Power off/on 7337 did
not help. Finally need to halt and restart TSM.
