I checked and that file is dated back from December of 99 and it is
definitely from my last ADSM install. I manually ran the dsmserv from a
command prompt and it complained that the database was from a downlevel
version of the server and I needed to start it with the UPGRADEDB parameter
which I did. It hasn't finished yet so I don't know if it is going to work
but I thought that the upgrade was suppose to be automatic...
