Hi all,
Recently one 3590 tape become damaged. It's seem there is a fisical
error by which doesn't allow ADSM to read the tape label. So I can4t
even make a check-in of the tape.
As result I think the data on that tape is lost. :(

But more, my actual problem is to determinate what data was lost.

The damaged tape is an archive volume, so I need to know the
description of the archives losts. I have tryed to get a relation betwen
"Volume name" and "archive description" using select of the ADSM
internal tables with no results.

    Data of the installation:
       - Server: ADSM V 3.1.04
       - Host: Sun Enterprise 10000 (domain), O.S. Sun Solaris 2.5.1
       - Tape Drives: Magstar 3590 B11

Does anybody know how to do what I'm trying to?

  Thanks in advance
