dsmc bus error - Solaris 2.5.1

Hello, we have random core dumps from dsmc on a v3.1.0.8 Solaris 2.5.1 client.
The core dumps are showing bus errors but that is about all I can determine from
adb. It appears the dsmc process has finished the archive but dumps when it is
exiting... has anyone else had this problem?
