Verify that tape's access is not unavailable and it is checkin in to the library

Hi all
I a trying to do a restore and get the err msg 'data unavailable to server'
Does anyone know what this means


The correct vol has been checked in. I did a test\backup restore to a diff tape,
that works ok.
Not too sure whats going on here.
