Have you checked the connections from the the pc/server to the library
including any cards in the pc/server are not loose??.

Hello
   We have a 3494 tape library with 4 tape drives. We are using TSM3.7 WIN
NT. Suddenly the TSM does not see those 4 tape drives. We tried shutting
the
library off and rebooting the TSM server but that obviously did not help.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Are there any device drivers missing?
