1st try a
q stg tapepool f=d
and look for the reuse delay... see if it is greater than zero, that would
explain the empty state without rolling back scratch
Ok, you checked in the libvols to the library using device stk9710 as
scratch, correct ?
For each storage pool (such as tapepool) there will be a "maxscratch" value
which is the max number of tapes (scratch) allowed to be allocated to that
storage pool
any scratch in the library if available to any storage pool within that
library up to "maxscratch" quantity
with collocation=yes expect at least as many filling tapes as you have
client nodes...
if your maxscratch (or other combinations of full vols & filling vols)
doesn't allow for that many you will see less filling vols but in general
with collocation=yes there will be as many filling volumes as there are
client nodes.
