Is this from where clients are trying to send data directly to tape ? ? ?
naa, they would go in media wait, waiting on mount point... but so would a
migration...?
this looks along the line of an error seen (that was fixed, showed up again,
and fixed again)
where something (like a migration) was writing to tape, filled the tape,
needed a scratch tape... while the first tape was rewinding it wanted the
scratch tape mounted on that same drive... process wouldn't wait on the
rewind would issue the "anr8447e" and fail the task...

does the above sound like your situation ? ? ?
