PIX firewall

I need to backup a server that is on the 'outside' of a PIX firewall. We
have managed to get the permit right for the ports 1500/1501, but now it's
denying the packets because of the 'SYN' flag turned on.

Does anyone have the PERMIT configuration for a PIX firewall to allow TSM
traffic to pass??
