If it was an existing pool, the tapes will become collocated as reclamation
occurs.  If your new domain points at a new pool, newly arrived data will be
collocated in the new pool.  If you want, you can move data volumes from the
old pool to the new pool thus forcing collocation to occur.

Moving non-collocated volumes to a collocated pool can be a long process as
there will likely be lots of tape mounts on the outbound pool side.
