Can anyone please help me with the following message:

   Database : Information Store
   Backup Type : Incremental

Logging on to the TSM server...


ACN3025E -- Backup error encountered.
ACN4226E -- Exchange Error: ACN3516E -- An unknown Exchange API error has
occurred.

The above message doesn't really point to anything specific and we have
tried various password resets, reinstall of client and TDP but still no joy.
We also have a customer who is trying to do a restore after a new install of
NT and installing Exchange in Recovery mode but when we try and restore the
Information Store we get the same error.
