AUDIT DB scenario

Hello everyone,

I run ADSM 3.1.2.52 on AIX 4.2.1.

My database is a bit corrupt so I have to run an audit db.
I was told by IBM that this could take up to a week. ( I have a 5 Gb
database)
Does anyone have some kind of scenario on wha to do in the mean time?
Not being able to backup for a whole a week is unacceptable.
