Hi,

I am afraid that access rights , if nothing else,
will cause full backup on the NT flavoured node.
There is an OPT file parameter to prevent
backing up of access rights, both on os2 and nt adsm clients,
so try to do this.
Fo easier try, you do not have to change 
IP addresses from your OS2 and NT servers - simply
use the same NODENAME parameter in the OPT file,
it is warm enough.
Also take care about upper/lower case in all of
(directories, files, volume labels).

There really is last used attribute in both os/2 and NT,
so the Info from IBM is plausible as well.
