Me and Josh are really one person.  We inhabit two different places on the
planet but seem to joined by Wide Area Network technology (low speed,
however, if it were high speed one of would have known that we already
answered the question and would have saved the electrons answering it the
second time).  Note that this half new the name of the author of the Redbook
though...
