Dear all,
    I 'm using ADSM version 3.1 for windows NT, I had already setting up
all the schedule. But I don't know how to set retention for the tape. It
is because I wanna backup a large volume of file , but the tape got full
about 1 wks and error too. How do I set for retention the tape. Actually
I found that the tape library setting had the min. retention & max.
retention setting, and I already configure it as 70 for min & 90 for max
(default), only the tapepool next to the backuppool and no additional
stgpool on the disk(only for log file).
    Now my question is that is that I need to define a diskpool for
retention? But I only wanna backup the data onto the tape. Any idea?
