Fabrizio:
The "TSM remote client" service will only start when you use a browser
pointing to that client and want to use the web client to connect to that
machine. The "TSM client acceptor" should start OK. Make sure your node is
registered and available on the TSM server.

You should be using the latest version IP21855 version 3.1.0.8 for your
clients.
