Look at the Aggregate transfer rate... this is the
function of putting smaller client objects into a
bigger object on the *SM server... The bigger the
client objects, the better Aggregate rate you will
get...

There's nothing to do, as this is part of the design
of *SM...

This is also why some reclaimation jobs are slower
than others...
