No, dumber than that. Once you select an option (backup / archive / restore / 
retrieve) the Utilities menu is not available. You need to access it prior to 
selecting one of those choices.

Could it be a permissions problem? Log on with an administrative id, and see if
the option is
still ghosted. I checked several of our NT clients, and the option is available
on all of them.
