You are correct.  It is not in ADSMConnect Agent for MS SQL 1.1.1.
You should obtain version Tivoli Data Protection for MS SQL 1.1.2.

It was "unofficially" added as a fixtest to 1.1.1
after 1.1.1 was released.

It was "officially" added into version 1.1.2 at the end of 1999.
