I'm using a IBM 3570 (Magstar). It contains to tape drives with each 10
tapes. One drive is defined as a primary tape pool and the other one is a
copy tape pool.

I'm now looking at Archiving also and my question is, Can I devide my copy
tape pool into 2 pools. One copy pool and one Archive Tape pool?

Not sure I'm making myself clear here.

But in the end I would like to have,

1 primary tape pool, 10 tapes
1 copy tape pool 5 tapes, acting as a copy storage pool (tapes)
1copy tape pool 5 tapes, acting as a archive storige pool (tapes)

Anyone have any suggestions?
