We have been looking at ADSM/TSM for client backup for a while but are
expanding our search due to TSM's inability to back up open files, including
.pst files and the active profile.  A couple reps from Ontrack came in
recently to demo their product, which they claim solves both problems.  I'm
guessing there are people out there who have tried both products and chosen
TSM.  Why?  What advantages does TSM have?
